Legal requirements

A number of countries providing virtual phone numbers require the submission of additional data when ordering numbers, in particular copies of personal documents or company documents. The exact terms of service are determined by the country with which the contract is concluded.

Phone number registration options

There are 2 options for registering a number — to a private individual or to a company. In the first case, you provide documents confirming your identity and place of residence. In the case of registration to a company — you need to provide copies of the company’s documents and confirmation of the company’s location.

During the purchase of a virtual phone number, if necessary, you will be notified of the need to upload copies of your documents (documents can be sent later to our email). After completing the purchase, your copies of documents will be sent to the local provider for the verification procedure. Please note that your virtual phone number may not be activated until the documents are verified by the local provider.

You will always see the status of your virtual phone number in your personal account. The status of your virtual phone number will be Pending until the documents are verified. Document verification takes up to 3 business days.
