How to register?

Number connection

How to connect a phone number?

Connecting a number takes place in a few steps:

  1. order a number (country and city)
  2. register an account (if you already have one, enter its details)
  3. pay for the order
  4. upload documents (if necessary).

The term for connecting a number without documents is up to 1 day, with documents 1-2 days (with some exceptions).

How quickly is the number activated after payment?

Registration and registration takes 10-15 minutes. The phone number is activated immediately after receiving payment for it on the account. Except in cases where documents are required to activate the number (in which case activation takes 1-2 days).

What is included in the number subscription fee?

The subscription fee guarantees the assignment of a telephone number to the subscriber and technical support for the subscriber. The subscription fee for the number also includes:

  • unlimited call forwarding to a SIP account
  • free SIP account provision
  • forwarding settings within a virtual PBX
  • call statistics
  • 2 communication channels for receiving two calls simultaneously (except for some numbers)

Connection includes a number of technical measures necessary to allocate and activate the number.

What types of redirection are possible?

  • Forwarding to a landline phone
  • Forwarding to a mobile phone
  • Free forwarding to a SIP device (computer and smartphone, you must install a so-called softphone and have Internet access on the device)

What is a softphone or SIP application?

A softphone, sipphone or SIP application is a small program for a computer or smartphone that allows you to receive free incoming calls and make outgoing calls around the world.
For such a program to function, you need a stable Internet connection on your device. To use such a program, it is enough to use your SIP account, which consists of a login, password and server.

How to download the SIP application?

  • SIP application for mobile phone (download for Android) (download for iPhone/iPad)

How to set up SIP forwarding?

The easiest way to set up forwarding to a SIP device is to submit a request to our support team.
From your side, there are 2 types of settings for receiving calls via SIP:

  • to your server or physical SIP phone (in this case we give you a SIP account and you do the settings yourself on your side)
  • to your computer / smartphone (in this case we tell you which application to install and how to configure it)
